Binghamton is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Binghamton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Edit: I see the owner replied asking me to give them another chance. No thanks. Iβd buy a slice of pizza from a gas station before I ate at this establishment again. I didnβt even dine inside, but I did go in to pick up my order and the place was a mess. The servers looked completely lost and didnβt seem to know how to handle a pickup order. Nearly every table was dirty despite there being maybe two customers in the entire restaurant. The floor was so filthy I could literally see my footprints as I walked out. Then there was the pizza. It was so bad that I had friends try the leftovers just to make sure it wasnβt me. They spit it out and said it tasted like soap. For a restaurant that specializes in pizza, I genuinely donβt understand how something like that gets served. You have a nice space and a concept that could work, but the food and management need serious attention. Based on this experience, I have absolutely no interest in giving it another chance. Do better Drew and Chrissy. Itβs clear your time is up downtown. Jimmys? Finished. Rat? A disgusting joke. Sake Tumi? Rats. Upper Crust? Epic fail. ββ- Idk how the pizza can be both burnt and raw but you guys accomplished a

I tried for dinner Upper Crust with a friend and we were both impressed by our first experience with this restaurant! We went on a weeknight over the summer and had no wait without a reservation. The inside is a little small, but there's more seating outside. We sat inside since it was a little hot outside and quieter inside, but they had the garage door open so we could still get the fresh air. Nice atmosphere. I had the tie dye pizza, my friend got a smash burger, and we both had banana pudding for dessert. Really liked the pizza - they do the Neapolitan style exactly how I like it with thick, slightly charred but soft edges. Also I thought it was so fun that it was heart-shaped. Did not try the smash burger but my friend said it was good. We both loved the banana pudding. Our waiter could have been more attentive but I felt like he was probably just trying to give us space, and he was very friendly. The food didn't take too long after we ordered. I think the prices were pretty standard. Would definitely eat here again while in town.

It's a small restaurant, but there is a huge outside seating area that it was too cold to take advantage of. Some of the food we were served, was burnt. The cheese sticks (I forget what their particular name for them was - and they were actually triangular, not sticks) we got as an appetizer were too hard likely due to being in the oil too long. There were some clearly burnt spots on them as well They tasted both too hard and burnt. I ordered a veggie pizza which was small. Kind of a Personal sized, but for people watching what they eat, it could be shared. The crust was burnt as well on the underside, but the burnt could clearly be tasted. I have tried pizza everywhere I go, from New York to Chicago, to Arkansas and all point north, so I can honestly tell you it was burnt. The pizza itself was not terrible, but lacked enough sauce. the crust was, in fact, terrible. I also ordered the French onion soup and that was tasty, though could have benefited from more onions. I give credit where it's due. No drinks were ordered so I can't comment on those. My friend got the Italian wedding soup that he said αΊas good. He also got the Japanese chicken nuggets, that he said were hot

Great pizza, good cocktails, and a solid wine list. The staff is friendly and the vibe feels a bit more refined than most places nearby, while still relaxed and easy to settle into. The heated outdoor seating with fire pits is a nice touch too. A great addition to downtown Binghamton. Easy place to spend a night!

This place absolutely crushed it! The outdoor patio setup is awesomeβgreat vibe, plenty of space, and perfect for a sunny day. Itβs one of those spots where you can actually relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The food was next level. The pizza was incredible, perfectly cooked with that crispy, slightly charred crust and super fresh toppings. The pesto swirl added a ton of flavor and made it stand out from your typical pie. We also got another pizza loaded with toppings and it didnβt disappointβevery bite was balanced and packed with flavor. The sandwich and fries were just as good. The fries were crispy and seasoned really well, and the sandwich was stacked, juicy, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they care about the quality of what theyβre putting out. Service was great tooβfriendly, attentive, and everything came out quickly. Between the food, the atmosphere, and the overall experience, this is easily a 5-star spot.
